Update on Fatal Dodge County Accident

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of the two drivers involved in a fatal crash between a car and a semi hauling an empty milk tank trailer.

It happened on County Highway A at County Highway W in the town of Oak Grove just before 2:30 last Thursday afternoon.

Investigators say 63-year-old Jeffrey Gundlach of Appleton was heading east and failed to stop for a stop sign striking the semi. He was ejected from his car and died at the scene.

Sixty-four-year-old Carl Baumgarten of Reedsville was driving the semi. He was not hurt.
