
WAUTOMA, Wis (WAUH)-The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a walk away from their Huber Center.
Twenty-nine-year-old Matthew Mahoney left the Huber Center to attend a court hearing in Adams County early Tuesday afternoon, but he did not return. He was wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts. His last reported address was 140 South Sandcrest Avenue Apartment 13 in Wautoma.
According to court records last week Mahoney was sentenced in Columbia County Court to nine months in jail on methamphetamine possession and operating with a restricted controlled substance charges. He was given credit for already serving 119 days. His probation on those charges was revoked in October.
Mahoney made his appearance in Adams County Tuesday on felony theft, methamphetamine possession, resisting an officer, and drug paraphernalia possession charges. He was released on a signature bond. Those charges stem from an incident in June.
