
RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Two drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a three-vehicle accident on State Highway 28 east of Horicon this morning.
Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say a westbound pickup truck was trying to pass a passenger car and lost control, entered the eastbound lanes and struck a semi-tractor trailer.
The 43-year-old Columbus man driving the pickup was taken to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam with serious but non-life threatening juries. The 37-year-old Mayville man driving the semi was also taken there with non-life-threatening injuries. The 30-year-old Mayville man driving the passenger car wasn’t hurt.
The accident happened near Old Highway 28, in the Village of Kekoskee. At the time of the crash, snow was still falling and blowing across roadways with poor visibility and road conditions.
