OSHKOSH, WI—(WISS)— The City of Oshkosh is looking for grant proposals for public service activities. Oshkosh will distribute federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to local nonprofits for activities and programs that provide direct benefits to low- to moderate-income residents of Oshkosh during 2026.
The funds can be used for administration, supplies, materials and other costs related to the implementation and operation of a program. They’re not accepting applications for startup costs or capital expenditures such as vehicles, facility renovations, and similar items.

Interested applicants must create a Neighborly “participant” login account to apply for the grant. The application will be available here, once the interested applicant’s “participant” account is set up.
